# Notification Preferences

Choose which notifications Threadly sends you: new-channel prompts, meeting booking alerts and marketing updates, plus the other DMs Threadly may send.

Go to **Settings → Notification Preferences**.

| Setting                       | What it does                                                                                                                                                                                                                               |
| ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **New channel notifications** | DMs you when you join a new channel, so you can add it to a Static Segment. You can limit it to channels matching a pattern. See [Setting Up the Channel Grouping Assistant](/threadly/seting-up-the-channel-grouping-assistant.md). (Pro) |
| **Meeting Notifications**     | DMs you when someone books a meeting through one of your [booking buttons](/threadly/actions/calendar-actions.md)                                                                                                                          |
